Xcode 4.3 (IOS 5.1) Picture Swipe
Drag an image view onto a View Controller and then the swipe object. Repeat and link the two using 'push'. Press Ctrl and drag to link the swipe control to a View Controller.

There is NO CODE needed for this and you can have lots of pictures and simply swipe through them. All free.
